Your
life is a reflection of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Unconscious habits and beliefs can keep you from having intimacy
with a partner. Identify your barriers and move beyond them to
become available to a conscious man. Receive positive guidance
and feedback to navigate relational challenges.
We will use meditation, breath, and movement to experience the bliss
of being present and relaxed in your body. Learn to trust yourself and
others in order to create lasting intimacy. Develop the skills you need
to attract a committed, trustworthy man who celebrates you!
When: Meets every other Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. in Mill Valley.
